Digital Services & Subscriptions

Due to the nature of our digital services, which involve the allocation of computing resources (credits) and AI processing upon purchase or subscription, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is made and credits are allocated or a subscription period has begun.

All sales of credit packs and subscription plans are final.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • Proven technical errors on our platform that prevent you from using the service as intended.
