VirtuModel aims to deliver high-quality AI-generated assets and experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the digital nature of AI generations, completed or downloaded assets (images or videos) are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Subscription Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for subscriptions, provided that no generation credits have been used. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. Token Refunds

Unused token bundles can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, as long as no credits from the package have been spent.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Misuse or abuse of the AI generation system.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Purchases made through promotional discounts.
